skybow M365 Connectors – skybow Portal

M365 actions allows you to build powerful workflows related to Microsoft 365 Groups, OneNote, Planner, Teams in Scheduled/Triggered actions. In order to use these actions, you need to approve related Connector by a tenant administrator.

After approving connector the site has to be added to Approved sites list before this action can be used. Approved sites list has to be configured for each solution.

When you use M365 actions in Scheduled/Triggered action and deploy the solution to another SharePoint tenant it requires approval of related skybow Connector on the deployment tenant as well. You can do this on the Deployment Maintenance tab of the selected publish

Note: If you receive an 'Unauthorized Message' error in the history log try to re-approve the related Connector. From time to time, we release new actions and it requires additional permissions.

The Connectors are Enterprise applications which can be found in MS Entra after successful approval on your tenant.
