Support using "SP." in expression builder

Enable of reference existing SharePoint library using the "SP." syntax. This makes the usage of "windows.SP." obsolete

Improved user experience during package deletion

If a package is deployed to an Environment, it is not allowed to delete the Package. Now the user has some Feedback, why he is not able to delete the Package 

Bugs fixed

Extend user feedback while Solution generation and publish Solution

Add user access checks to make sure, the Solution will work correctly, and warn user if he has insufficient access rights.

This check will be used while create new Solution, start from aTemplate or when publishing a solution

RF: New Item Action - Expression could cause Error-> "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime."
