Document Generator: Support for setting the Author property of *.docx files

The author of the generated documents is now the user who has clicked on the document generation Action Link.

Bugs fixed

Fixed issue that the skybow Rich Forms lookup filtering was not working for cross-site lookups.

skybow Action Links was not updating SolutionId key during reusing skybow Action Links on other tabs

This was causing the issue that all the actions needed to be reconfigured for other tabs in the same dossier.
