Rich Forms: fixed Select Element ribbon option functionality for buttons that contain "&" symbol in the title
Rich Forms: fixed paging in Document library on dossier display form
For document library as a sub item when pagination was turned on, switching to the next page didn't show any documents.
Rich Forms: fixed Calculated Expression logic for person fields that contain "," character
