Rich Forms: fixed handling of Edit form for content type 'Folder' if there are multiple content types in a library.

An empty page was displayed when a folder was tried to be renamed.

Rich Forms: fixed issue with scrolling form to the top of the page when clicking on DateTime field icon on runtime
