Triggered Actions with Conditions

Currently, the triggers "Item Added", "Item Updated" and "Item Added & Updated" in skybow triggered actions are available. Nevertheless, there is no additional condition to let them filter in trigger. Basically, you could implement a condition-action in the "Actions" at first - but technically, the trigger runs and shows the entry in the skybow log. If only the elements with specific condition would trigger, it would be a lot easier for the visibility in the log (only items will be shown which were triggered).
