Backdoor to bypass business logic in customized forms

I think you might already be aware of this.

As recommended when using skybow the sites should be opened in the browser and not in the SharePoint Mobile app.

When the client has the SharePoint Mobile App installed on the mobile phone the "Open in the SharePoint app" will show up in top of the web page.

Clicking on the open button brings the site to the Mobile App. From there microsoft default form will show up. When selecting an list item the un customized form will appear even if you have customized it in solution studio.

This will make it possible for users to bypass all the business rules in the form. Is there a way to close this backdoor?
