'Show before send' form cancelled
Hi,
I wonder if we can have an option to check at a condition if the 'Show before send' form has been sent or the form has been shut by the cancel button?
If it is already there, please provide how I can follow up with the outcome and use it with a condition to take further actions.
Reason, if the email has been sent, I need to toggle a switch. If the action has been cancelled, I do not want to toggle.
Many thanks for letting me know or making this a feature request.
Cheers
Joerg

I think I found a solution. I looked into the debug log, what happens upon the one or the other user action at the email form. I experienced that the email object was emptied, when the user clicked cancel, therefore this condition check seems to work:

Hi Joerg
Yes, you're completely right. The outputs of the Send email action will be empty when the mail form was cancelled. And that's best practice for now to check if it was cancelled.
We will keep this Idea open with the goal to provide a more intuitive possibility to check if the mail form was cancelled (e.g. another returned Send email output called "cancelled" or "status" to check against)2 -
Thank you so much Christof

We need to check this very often, it would be nice to have a build in solution for a condition to check if the email was send or not (the cancel button was clicked).
