Item Version History (view only)

Hello,

I like to have the option to display the list item version history as view only - so no option to make a restore or delete certain entries.
Either as a shortcut that I can include at the DispForm that will display the history as text, or as an action I can use at the action bar at a DispForm that will open a dialog box showing the version history.

Would this be feasible?

/_layouts/15/Versions.aspx?list=<ListGUID>&ID=<ItemID>

  Joerg,

  To Display the Version History...

  In your Display Form, add an Action Button/CMD Button...

  The only Action should be to open a Webpage, in a Panel. 

  [[@Web.Url]]/_layouts/15/Versions.aspx?list=[[@List.Id]]&ID=[[ID]]

  However, I don't think there is any way OOTB, or simply, to disable 'Delete All Versions' / Restore. Permissions, such as 'Delete Versions', might be the trick to that part.
