Maintenance Mode for solutions (similar to debug mode)

Hi everyone,

Would be nice to have a global "Maintenance Mode" within the solution that allows administrators to temporarily block all skybow functionality for end users.
It should be activated like debug mode toggle. The behavior could be similar to license (error) messages within the skybow controls, but with a full lock of skybow functionalities in the solution for non-admin users.

Currently, when performing maintenance activities such as configuration changes, deployments, data corrections, or troubleshooting, end users can still access and execute skybow functions.
This can lead to inconsistent data states, user errors during ongoing maintenance, increased support effort and risk during productive system changes or limited control during critical incidents or system updates.

When enabled, execution of actions, usage of forms / form input fields, skybow web parts etc. must be blocked, while administrators retain full access for configuration, debugging, and validation.
End users should receive a configurable maintenance message within the skybow controls (see license error message).
