Inserting a customization on “ad new Item” for Lookup

For lookup fields, there is the option to add new items. 

The button "Ad new Element"  just opens new form on related sublist - this cannot be customized. 

It would be great to be able to customize this button. 

Ideally, of course, with an expression builder or at least the ability to add rudimentary expressions.
