What's the status of this? It is a 3 year old idea - are conditional actions coming for SS Online or has the idea been rejected?

    Hi Patric Schielke,

thanks for asking. This will be our next feature we are working on when we've released modern forms and command actions starting next week.

It will be called "Triggered Actions" and it's similar to the scheduled actions but as trigger you can choose on adding or updating with an additional condition (skybow expression language)

Just follow the Release Notes Solution Studio Online to keep updated on this.

    Hi Matthias,

I hope 'Triggered Actions' will support on deleting as well (if possible).

    Regards,

    Bruno

    Hi Bruno Stampfli,

unfortunately this will not going to work in online as there is no synchronous OnDeleting event as there was in OnPrem. There is an async event OnDeleted but there are no field information available anymore.

We will clarify in detail during development phase.

    Hi Matthias,
    We had the following scenario:
    - A dossier with sub items. Adding, updating or deleting a sub item should update the dossier item.
    - Example: An order with order details. Deleting an order detail should update the order total on the order.
    - It would be nice to run some code on the OnDeleted event.
    Regards,
    Bruno

OK, thanks for the update! It is really a feature we are looking forward to, so we don't have to rely on manual user input to get something done in the background when an item is added/updated. Maybe you should change the status of this item, currently it is still "open for voting"?

I would, but the available status is only rejected or delivered

This scenario should already work using our aggregation feature.
