GIT as solution storage

Use GIT as solution storage instead of skybow portal to allow parallel work, solution governance, ci/cd pipelines, etc.

The current handling of solutions doesn't fit well into companies which produce solutions or products based on skybow. It's nice for very small companies where only a single person is working on a project or for internal solutions, but not for bigger projects with multiple solutions where multiple people are working on. It's also hard to implement DEV-Ops principles like automated deployment to test/production servers on changes within the solution. It would be a huge benefit to integrate skybow solutions into Azure DEV-Ops, Git or Jenkins pipelines.
