Lookup-fields truely as read-only

Currently when setting a lookup-field to be read-only the field is rendered as a hyperlink pointing to the lookup-item.

However in some cases this might not be desireable as the lookup-field only exists out of technical reasons, but maybe only the actual value is relevant.

In this case a "truely read-only" option would be nice, which would not render as a hyperlink.
