Tabs are not the same in Sharepoint Online and Sharepoint Foundation

Here I have picture, the left one is the tab in Sharepoint Online and right for Sharepoint Foundation. And when I insert a tabs they are not the same.
Can you help me with this problem?

Rich Forms use jQuery UI for tabs. Looks like you have referenced jQuery ui css file on the right form
