Version 2.8.0.0 Forms created with SPDesigner are not customized

The issue persist only for 2.8.0.0 version, it works in the previous versions and will work in the next ones.
Workaround:
Insert the following File into the directory: [Your site URL]/FormsStoreLibrary/Forms/AllItems.aspx   >> 'Scripts' folder,
and try to customize again the another form.
