I Can't save changes in a edit elements

Hello good day!
From yesterday, I can not save changes to an edited item. I tried Uncustomize Form and create again the form but I have no success with the elements edited.
Any solution?

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this issue on our side.
I would recommend you to upgrade Ardevia Rich Forms to skybow Rich Forms. Please read the following blog for more details:

If yes, please provide us with more details about your SharePoint list and customization. The best way is to save a list as template (without content) and send .stp file to us. Also, screenshots with customizations will be appreciated.

I've sent an email to you yesterday morning. maybe you did not receive it?For us to convert existing Ardevia licenses we need to verify your previous order as we don't have any information from Microsoft if you buy an app in the store. Therefore we would need to get a receipt or a screenshot of your purchased Ardevia license to issue a skybow license. You can send the confirmation to support@skybow.com.
Next to that you need to fill out the license request form available on the skybow Rich Forms app page as you did already.Kind regards
