How do I deploy Theme Designer

I followed the steps in the deployment section on https://my.skybow.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012140259#jive_content_id_Installing_Theme_Designer but I am getting the following message:

 

"Everything is fine, but we had a small problem getting your license. Please go back to the SharePoint Store to get this app again and you won't be charged for it."

 

I did add the "skybow Add-In Foundation" to the App Catalog of my tenant but that didn't make a difference.

  It seems to be some Microsoft issues. Can you please check the app version (it should be 1.2.0.0),  and specify when exactly you are getting the message.

  I tried it again today (same steps) and now it works.
