Version 3.1.0.0 -  Working On It

Hi, 

I was previously on Rich Forms 3.0.2.0 and just updated to 3.1.0.0 today by clicking on the update my app in my site contents. 

 

Now the app is updated to 3.1.0.0, I am unable to edit any rich forms associated with my lists. All I get is a 'Working On It' message that never goes away.

 

Can someone please help with this as I can't edit any of my forms.
