Rich Forms editor not working?
Trying to get the Rich Forms editor to work. I click "Customize Rich Forms" in the ribbon on a list or library, and choose "Default Display Form". The page redirect to the App page which says "Configure Rich Forms" and then redirects back to the library. However, in the library I am in edit mode with a new web part at the bottom titled "Rich Forms Script Editor - Documents" but I don't get any rich forms options in the ribbon. What is wrong?

Hi Jeroen,
since you are using a Microsoft MOD Tenant can you please check the following settings as they need to be activated for the Add-Ins to work correctly. Activating them can take up to several hours to get them working:
1. Is your tenant enabled for first release? If not, please enable it.
How can I enable/disable first release for my O365 tenant?
2. Does you tenant allow users to run custom scripts? if not, please enable it.
How can I allow/prevent users to run custom scripts on SharePoint Online?
Kind regards
Matthias

Hi, these have both been enabled on from the moment I started using this tenant (and I just checked, still enabled) so it must be another issue.

Good morning
Dear Jeroen Struik,
Can you please check if you see some errors in your Developer Tools Console (F12).
We would like also to inform you that for fully apply, you need to wait 24 hours. If you prefer we can schedule a Skype session.
Thank you
Best regards
