Hi Peter,
If you create first solution on your tenant you should log in with tenant administrator account.
For the next solutions you can use user from Site Owners group.
Soon we will add a message to Solution Studio which will clarify which permissions you should have for the user.

Please check this. Any SharePoint connections that are made will be read-only connections unless an additional component is installed. In order for content to be migrated into a target SharePoint 2010, 2013, or 2016 environment, either the Metalogix Organizer or the License Check must also be installed and configured on that environment. Only one of these two components will need to be installed on a SharePoint 2010, 2013, or 2016 target environment, no matter what connection type is used. If either component is installed, users will be unable to install the other.
If the Organizer is installed on the target SharePoint 2010, 2013, or 2016 environment, it will need to be configured in the target environment before any connections will allow content to be pasted. If the License Check is installed on the target environment, no additional configuration is required.Check for essay writing service
