Ignore filter fields on lookup column

Hello,

 

Is it possible to ignore fields that you have added as a lookup filter when a value is not filled in?

The case:

I have a big lookup list with all my suppliers in it and I want to the users to filter this list based on parameters that they fill in.

If I use the 'All' filter in the lookup filters, I'm getting no results as some fields are left blank. If I'm using the 'Any' filter and search on suppliers that start with m from the region America, I'm getting all american suppliers and all suppliers that start with 'M'.

It would be good if I could ignore blank input fiels in the 'All' filter. Other solutions are also welcome :-)
