skybow Rich Forms Full Trust 3.1.27.0 update problem

Hi everyone

Today I've tried updating our Rich Forms app from version 3.1.7.8 to the latest version 3.1.27.0. The update completed with no errors but when I now try and edit any of the forms in this site they won't load. When I check the developer tools I get a load of errors as shown below:

Has anyone had this issue when updating to the latest version? I need to get this resolved as quickly as possible because currently I can't make any changes to existing forms in this site.

Any help or advice would be gratefully received. I was thinking about completely reinstalling SkyBow Rich Forms on this site but I wasn't sure if I'd lose existing forms?

Hi Gareth Jayne

Have you visit Rich Forms app home page after updating the adding? If no please visit it and try again.

If it doesnot resolve the problem please contact our support team by email support@skybow.com

Hi,

We also had the same issue last time we did a update on the add-in, and and doesnt say that you should visit the Rich Form app home page. Maybe you should add this info in the release notes and in the "How to install and update a skybow SharePoint Add-In"
