Attachments field not appearing

Hi everyone

 

I have created a custom form on our SharePoint site and when I originally modified the form I removed the attachments field, which is on the default form.  However, I now want to add this attachments field to the form again and have done so as shown below:

 

If I open the form though this attachments field does not appear:

 

This occurs on the Edit, New and Display forms.  I've also tried adding =true to the visible expression for the attachments field but it still doesn't appear.

 

Is this a known issue, and if so is there a workaround?  Thanks in advance for your help.

  Hi Gareth Jayne

   

  Attachment field is visible on the form when there are attachments on the list item or if it added from the ribbon.

  Could you please try to Attach file from ribbon and check if attachment field appears?
