Pre- and Post-Deployment Actions

For some cases it would be great to do "something" before or after the deployment is executed like adding something site specific upfront or setting permissions or sending a notification email to someone or create and connect term store items.

Therefore it would be great to be able to configure multiple actions being executed whether before or after a deployment.
