New Item created with richforms doesn't trigger flow.

I'm facing an issue with a list that used to work just fine. New items on meant to trigger a flow with a "When a item is created" trigger. That used to work just fine, at the moment the new items are being added in the list but the flow actually starts. Any thoughts?

Just to answer my own question , apparently this was not caused by the number of lookups in the list, I had to add a couple extra added I needed and that caused the flow to not start (!?!) and fail silently.
