Improper date breaks my form

During testing one of my users discovered that he can break my form by setting a date field to 1/1/1 the actions on the submit button are being ignored apart from the redirection . Is there an easy way to validate that the date in the field is a valid date?

  Hi Harry Dimitriou,

  what exactly is happening or going wrong in this case? Is the date field in the main form or in a sublist?
