Set Multi Person Field

As mentioned here there is no easy way to set a multi person field.

Would be much better to be able to assign a value like: [[USER1]];[[USER2]];[[USER3]].....

  In Modern Forms it can easy be set in format of an array of email addresses like this:

  =["testuser@contoso.com","anotheruser@contoso.com"]

  
  Since the classic SharePoint Add-Ins are not in focus of continuous improvement implementations anymore, this feature will not get implemented for Rich Forms.
