Calendar and survey forms can not be customized

List forms for lists of type calendar and survey can not be customized using Ardevia Rich Forms.

This is due to SharePoint using hardcoded server-side rendering on these list forms. Please note most apps with custom fields (i.e. cross-site lookups) will also not work on calendars.

We have planned supporting calendars in a future release.
