Hi Sandy,

When adding a sub-list, a new hidden view is created as a duplicate of the default view. But if then modify the main view of the sub-list, changes will not be applied to the view on a form.
However, you can modify this view separately. For this open a form in runtime mode, click on a list (List ribbon tab should appear), navigate to 'List' ribbon tab > 'Manage Views' group, click 'Modify View':

Here you can add new columns to the view and change order:

Also, for removing some items from displaying in the sub-list panel, use Filter settings which you can find on the same page:

To add expressions for a column in the sub-list, go to design page mode, select appropriate field on the sub-list view, navigate to 'Behavior' ribbon tab > 'Sublist Column' group and enter expressions:11.30.2015-13.14.png

Awesome, thanks for your assistance.

I just have one other thing, can I change the labels in the sublist, in your example, could I change Title to Name. How do I do this?

Thanks
Sandy

Hi Sandy,

To change labels in a sub-list, open a form in runtime mode, click on the sub-list, navigate to 'List' ribbon tab > 'Settings' group, click 'List Settings':

Clicking on a column name goes to the Column Settings, where you can change name or add description:
