SharePoint Column Descriptions - Columns with descriptions, duplicating the description on the form

Hi,

 

When I create a form for a SharePoint List that has a column with an associated description, the column description is repeated in the form field.

 

How can I fix this?

  Hi Sandy,

   

  As far as I understand, you want to hide Additional Description from a form. To do this select the field, unlock all contents (navigate to Rich Forms ribbon tab > Layout group, select Lock Contents > Unlock Contents), delete 'Additional Description' field and then lock contents back. Please watch this Rich Forms
