Emailing a Shared Mailbox - Action to send to a Shared Mailbox doesn't send

Hi,

 

I have an action on the submit button on my form that I would like to send a notification to a shared mailbox so that one of a group of people in the accounts team can action it.

 

I have selected the send email action and created the content for the email but when I send it to the Shared Mailbox it doesn't send.

 

Firstly, is there a way to get this to work? Or alternatively can I send the email to a Distribution List and how do I do this?

    Hi Sandy

     

    SharePoint can send emails only to the users of the current tenant and from the users of the current tenant. Please make sure to fulfill this condition.
