Update other fields on form based on a value in one column - Duplication of Addresses - copying a physical to a postal address

Hi,

I have a list that has the following columns:

Postal Address Same As Physical - Checkbox with a Yes/No value
Postal Street
Postal Suburb
Postal Country
Postal Postcode
Physical Street
Physical Suburb
Physical Country
Physical Postcode

When I click Yes on the Postal Address Same As Physical, the Physical Street should be copied to the Postal Street, the Physical Suburb copied to the Postal Suburb, the Physical Country copied to the Postal Country and the Physical Postcode copied to the Postal Postcode.

Conversely, when I click No on the Postal Address Same As Physical, the Postal Street should be cleared, the Postal Suburb cleared, the Postal Country cleared and the Physical Postcode cleared.

Hi Sandy,

Please try the following steps:

1.Customize EditForm

2.For each Postal field(Postal Street, Postal Suburb, Postal Country, Postal Postcode)

a.open BEHAVIOUR tab

b.click on button to set Calculated Value Expression

c.change first dropdown from Template to Assignment in opened ‘Expression Builder – Calculated Value’ popup

d.set an expression like [[Postal_Address_Same_As_Physical]] ? [[Physical_Street]] : "" using fields in the right box
