Our sublis has stopped working. Did we reach any limit?

Hello
We have a form for introducing new orders. In this order form we use a sublist for introduce the actions made associated with the order.

It has been working fine for seral months but suddenly it stopped working.

In the moment we introduce any data or just touch the sublist, is not possible to save the form, when we click on the save button it just do nothing at all.

But if we do not touch the sublist then we save the form with no problems.

Our sublist has 11155 elements and woks correctly in the rest of the situation we use it.
Any suggestion of what we can do? Are we reaching any limit? Anyone had the same experience?

do you have some errors in the browser console (F12) when you trying to save the form after touching the sublist?

Hello again unfortunately I had been "out of line" for several days. But I'm at work again.

With Chrome I could'n see problems in the console, but I can say that wen the console is open, if you just touch the Sublist ti works fain (in the console is not open it das not work). But if you introduce any data then the save button das not work. ti just do nothing.
