Rendering of form strange - When form opens and actions are executing and then visibility expressions render

I'm using Skybow in Office365 and are noticing that when a new form is opened, an user will see tabs/fields that they are not suppose to see for a brief moment...

Is this because the actions/expressions are rendering slower than the form??
If so, this should be considered a bug/issue right??

Hello!

This is not a regular behavior. Normally all fields are not visible before all the expressions calculations are finished. Please provide the detailed example (with expressions, screenshots etc.) and we will investigate the issue.
