    I know that our Technical Department has helped you, but, once you raised the issue to whole community... here goes the answer.
    You can overcome this situation by using the same version of srf for import / export.

    Hi Rosario Matos,

     

    I was talking with the Technical Department but we did not solve this problem, we were just talking about it. The problem appeared in my production environment and I've deleted the last version without reinstalling it back. 

     

    I wanted to try your workaround but after installing the last version of SRF in my site for templates the tabs did not appear.

     

    I hope that I don't need to remake all my forms with the last version to be able to make backups of them.

    I have tried it once more after that day and I could not fix it. After that I did not tried it again, we are still using the older version.
