Continuous 'Working on It'
One of our SharePoint Online sites continuously shows 'Working on It' when we select Skybow Rich Forms App from the site contents. Forms and the app seem to be working fine on other sites in the tenant but not this one (it used to work there). Downloaded the latest version, added to app catalog, removed Skybow from troublesome site and readded but still we just get 'working on it'

Yes the site is located at: https://fleetmiami.sharepoint.com/sites/fleet/
It works on https://fleetmiami.sharepoint.com/ but not https://fleetmiami.sharepoint.com/sites/fleet

I would recommend you to customize form using Rich Forms from a lists ribbon:
You have a problem because you have some lists without default new/edit/display form in your site.
We will fix this issue with missed forms in future releases. ThxBest Regards

unfortunately not yet, but it will be fixed in the next release.
you can follow (upper right corner) Release Downloads SharePoint Add-Ins and get informed about new versions.

yes it is fixed. It's the following bugfix in the release notes RF 3.1.18.1
If there are some lists without default new/edit/display form Rich Forms fails on home page

Hi,
If I am upgrading Skybow Forms to 3.1.18.1, do I also need to install Skybow Theme Designer as it refers to this in the release notes?

Hi Sandra Huntley,
no, you don't need to install Theme Designer. We just extended some styling options in RF if you would have installed Theme Designer, then you can now easily style RF tabs and its icons.
