Rich Forms Change List View Web Part
Hi everyone
I'm in the process of setting up a dashboard on a page in SharePoint where there are a number of list view web parts and a Rich Forms web part. The RF web part will contain a dropdown called 'Current View' where users can change the view of the other web parts e.g. My Items, Expired Items etc.
Is there a straightforward way of linking this dropdown menu to the list view webparts and do something like "if dropdown = My Items set view of web part x to My Items view? I'd be grateful if someone can let me know if this is possible please?
Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi Gareth Jayne,
Suppose you have List with views: "My Items" and "Expired Items". And you have a dropdown field "ViewName" which has two option: "My Items" and "Expired Items".
The simplest way to achieve your result is to add List View webpart for every view you need and show only view which are selected in dropdown field.
- In case above add List View Web part for My Items and Expired Items.
- Then select My Items view webpart, go to Rich Forms Behaviour tab and under Control Status group set next for Visible expression
=[[ViewName]] == "My Items"and press enter. Here "ViewName" is the name of your dropdown field.
3. Do the same for Expired Items. Select Expired Items view webpart, go to Rich Forms Behaviour tab and under Control Status group set next for Visible exression
=[[ViewName]] == "Expired Items"Hope it helps.
