Execute Script Behaviour Action - Panel Missing

We are currently on Rich Form 3.1.18.2 and I am experiencing an issue where most times when I got to edit the behaviours associated with a button, and the behaviour is an execute script type action, I can't actually see the panel. This is not working for existing execute script actions or for when I go to add a new Execute Script action.
Is this an issue relating to the version I am on and is this fixed in the just-released version of Rich Forms 3.1.27.0?

Yes, we had such issue in older versions of Rich Forms and it is fixed in the latest version.

I just tried this now and uploaded the app file to the App Catalog in SharePoint, however, the new version is not being recognised. I have attached the image of the app catalog for our environment for your interest.
I loaded the new version I the app catalog and clicked on the refresh once it had completed and since gone back and cleared the browser a number of times. I then went to upgrade an existing test area and there was no information about being able to upgrade. I went and added it to a new site that didn't have skybow installed, it let me install it, but then when I looked in the About Panel, it was version 3.1.18.1.
Why would it not install the latest version in the app catalog and also why are 3.1.18.2 and 3.1.27.0 not offered as updates in existing SharePoint sites?

I have exactly the same problem, starting from today. I'm using the newest version 3.1.27.0.

Please go to the App Catalog and check if Rich Forms package 3.1.27.0 is enabled for adding to the sites. (Enabled field should be set to True). If value is False please change it to True. After that it should be available to install from App Catalog.

Could you please open Developer Tools in you browser (press F12) and look if there are any errors in console?
What SharePoint environment do you use (SharePoint online or SharePoint on-premise)?

It looks like it was a temporary problem. It happened half-a-dozen times at the time I wrote the message, but has been working ok since then.

Yes, 3.1.27.0 was enabled. I disabled it and then re-enabled it, followed by a cache clear and my skybow rich forms app is still not showing that any updates are available.
I also tried adding Skybow Rich Forms to another new site and the 3.1.18.1 version was installed instead of the 3.1.27.0.
