Unable to load Rich Forms in Chrome

Hi everyone

I use Google Chrome (version 64.0.3282.167 64-bit) and Rich Forms 3.1.27.0.  RF has worked fine in Chrome but for some reason since yesterday I'm no longer able to edit any of my forms, and get the following errors in F12 tools:

The problem seems to be Chrome specific as I can successfully edit forms in Edge and don't get any of the above errors.  Is this anyone else has ever encountered before, and is there anything I can do to resolve this?
