    Hi Heikki Salminen

What you want is the user profile property "UserName", but what you get with [[UserField.Something]] are just user properties (not from the profile) and there is no UserName in your prefered format.

You can check the user profile properties on {your sitecollection}/_catalogs/users (you can modify the view through edit the view in the webpart property to see more profile properties). UserName is the property you're looking for.

Read this article how to get your profile property and write it to a field: Selecting User Profile values from the people picker fields

I would suggest to configure it with this extra calculated field and use it for a clear expression in the email action.

    Hi

Thanks Christof. I though that ToUser.LoginName would be the username, but apparently it is not. I followed your instructions and everything works like a charm now.

    Br, Heikki
