Rich Forms App cannot be added

Hi everybody,

I'm having trouble adding the rich forms app to a site collection. The adding process is stuck after doing the following:

 

1. add an app

2. select skybow Rich Forms

3. trust it

 

and then it is said "We're adding your app" but this is never been completed.

Any ideas on this?

  Hi Ivo Berg,

  could you please give us some more details:

  • SharePoint Server or SharePoint Online?
  • Rich Forms Store version or full trust/tenant full trust from Release Downloads SharePoint Add-Ins
  • Is there an error in the developer tools of your browser (pressing F12)?
