Sharepoint online Public facing site

 Hello, did anyone use these to develop simple internet site or intranet site that give anonymous access to users. I want to develop  simple site using Office 365 SharePoint online. I want all users be able to view my site, fill in a contact form or select one product and pay using paypal.

please let me know if any suggestions to create this site.

  There is no possibility to use public site or anonymous user access in SharePoint online. You can find more information about it here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3027254/sharepoint-online-public-websites-to-be-discontinued
