Modern Forms: Horizontal Rule element

We've had a request from a customer for the ability to add a horizontal line within a form, as a visual separator. Like a hr tag or like is available on a SharePoint modern page.

I did a workaround by using a Rich Text element with a dark image only a couple pixels high, but a built-in Horizontal Rule element would be nice.
