Allow the renaming of actions buttons dynamically by code (by assignment or by function code)

Since in most cases buttons with different names contains different actions we currently suggest to use multiple buttons and show/hide dynamically with Visible expressions for different cases.
But we understand the need when having nearly same actions (+ action execution controled by condition) for different cases want place just one button with dynamic text. Therefore let's start the voting to see if there is a high demand on this functionality.
