Modern Form Problem - Field with Lookup do not work

Hi,

I have a SharePoint list created with Modern Form add-in. Recently I found for those fields created with Look-up (to another list item) nature, the field doesn't response (i.e. can't lookup the entries). I tried to uncustomize the form, and in original format, it can correctly look-up. Any suggestion how to solve it?

  Hi WILLIE,

  this can have 2 possible reasons:

  1. there was a change by Microsoft recently how they retrieve lookup values and we had to make adjustments to this as well in our product. You can find a fix in the latest version skybow Modern Forms 1.0.76.0 – skybow Portal
  2. If you already have that version installed, it can also happen if you have content types activated in your list and set the lookup column to hidden still having it on the form
