Include Attachement in the email send

For some specific scenarios, the recipient of emails sent by the SkyBow form are not member of the SharePoint site as they should only be informed of an update.

The issue we face is that in that case, they cannot access the files attached to the SharePoint list item.

Would it be possible to attache those files directly to the email?

    Attachments are not (yet) supported by the Send email action due to limitations of SharePoint's send mail API functionality that is in place for this action (SP.Utilities.Utility.SendEmail). As you already realized are external mail addresses which are not part of the SharePoint site not supported either...

    Let's keep this feature request open for voting to determine the demand of such a new feature/functionality

    The latest version of Send email action supports external recipient and file attachments next to other useful functionalities (the earlier "Send email" action was renamed to "Send internal email")
