Enhance managed metadata picker

Hi,
it would increase usability if managed metadata could be expanded and collapsed. Right now all nodes are expanded, which leads to user to excessive scrolling with big term sets...
It would also be cool if the user can search for terms like it's in the out of the box modern picker.
