Icon selection suddenly not working correctly

The ui for selecting an icon to use on a tab has suddenly started showing as below. I was using Edge but tried in Chrom and Safari on my ipad and it's doing the same thing.

  This issue has been fixed by latest update: Solution Studio Update 14.07.2022 – skybow Portal

  Note: I found that existing rows with tabs still had this problem so had to remove and redo them.
