Field visibility in list with multiple content types

Hi,

I customized the list forms (modern) in a list with multiple content types, but the fields are not displayed correctly. If I open the edit form by clicking on the edit button in the display form, all fields are displayed. But if I click "edit all properties" on the item details panel, everything works as intended.

Can you check/confirm this issue?

    Dear appingerm,

    this is a known limitation of the Modern Forms. We cannot yet handle content types. You will always just see the fields from the default content type during configuration.

    You would have to add all fields to the default content type and then show/hide them using a visible expression checking the "content type" field.
